Dagny Scott

Dagny Scott Barrios is a writer, editor and public speaker specialising in running and women’s sports. She is the author of two other Rodale running books. The UK edition of this book has been edited and adapted by Alison Hamlett, Senior Editor at Runner’s World magazine in the UK.
